Now for some fun food pics...

Braised beef and gravy with brown rice, cooked creamed carrots, and garlic-y kale.

Unconventional Breakfast Bowl: creamy cheddar cauliflower soup with bacon and supreme'd grapefruit segments.

Brined roast chicken.  So worth the extra effort!

Homemade chicken stock with the bones.  Then, chicken broccoli soup.

Diner breakfast: homemade hash browns and 2-egg omelet.

Taco meat with sweet potatoes and kale.  Who needs tortillas?  Delicious!

Homemade tapioca pudding sweetened with cooked-down bananas and dates, and added coconut oil and flaxseed.  Topped with date-sweetened hot fudge pudding, and unsweetened raspberries.  Heaven!

Weekend breakfast: scrambled eggs with onion, kale, cheddar, and bacon, and steel-cut oatmeal pancakes with date-syrup and unsweetened peaches and cream.  Yum!

Natural treat: Chocolate Cherry Pecan balls (unsweetened chocolate, dark cherries, pecans, dates, and almond meal).  Tasty!

Soup and Salad lunch.  Cold sweet potatoes, avocado, crispy chicken skin (gribenes), cheese curds, homemade hummus, and lemon citronette dressing, along with red leaf lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, and shredded carrots.

Gluten-free spaghetti dinner: Italian sausage with onion, garlic, and bell pepper and Di Salvo's artichoke tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella, spaghetti squash, roasted sliced fennel bulb, garlic butter mushrooms, and steamed broccoli.  Mmm.

Salad lunch: homemade egg salad on top of a green salad.
